At Home • Design, we want you to love every piece of your living space; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Prepare the Item

Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, covering any old shipping marks.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
